Bernadette Edwardian Oxfords Wide (Cognac/Black)

I have loved the Bernadettes from the moment I first saw them. Now I finally own a pair of my own and cannot wait to style them with all my outfits. Historical or Vintage.

I am delighted with these. As a UK 6.5-7 with a high instep I ordered 9W and that seems to work perfectly at the front, but to be a little bit large in the heel. So I am using heel pads.

I had my eye on these for months and decided to treat myself. I was not disappointed.

My first time buying from American Duchess and so happy about the European website.
I used the Bastille Day sales to venture into ordering my first pair and I am thrilled. I need the wide edition and the shoes fit perfectly. The quality is truly handmade and Haute Couture. I love it that the sole is sturdy and thus can be worn in Irish rainy weather. I dare say these shoes will last a lifetime! They are sturdy enough to be worn in winter as well, well, Irish winters. I wish all models would come in the wide fit because I have my eyes already on other models!
